Snapseed is awesome!
I am now a fan of Snapseed app the app is enhanced to make the look of your photos.It offers many options for you to edit your photos. My professor recommends this awesome app to us as a class and it works wonders. Not to mention the app is free to whomever interested.
The processing tool I used was grainy film it sharpens the photo well and make it has a brighten look.These features on this app can make any photo look well enhanced.

The two images below are images that were taken outside of the Crawford engineering building at SC State University on a cloudy day. The image on the left is the official image and the image on the right are more dramatic and show the beautiful effects I used with Snapseed.
